I'm sorry to have missed the 08 reunion (and deeply saddened to have heard of the passing of some of our mates). I never got word of the reunion otherwise I would have definitely attended. We were actually in Penticton at the time. I enjoyed the photos and video.

I've been living in Vancouver for the last 23 years working at the same job. I work as a legal assistant in a d\t law firm. We specialize in personal injury. I don't have a law degree but I might as well say I do. I have been doing legal work for 30 years. I met my husband David (an Oz from Melbourne, Australia) in 1987 and have been together since that time. We married in 93 and our son Colton was born in 94 (during the Canucks closest run to the Stanley Cup). David works at London Drugs Head Office in the Info Technology Dept. We love living in Vancouver and enjoy all it offers (including great skiing at Whistler/Blackcomb) however we always love coming back to the Okanagan for summer holidays and long weekends. I think we will eventually return at some point. We enjoy boating and have a boat we store in Penticton during the winter months and we come back on long weekends and summer holidays to boat, water ski and wakeboard with our friends and family. We also enjoy going through all the great wineries sampling and buying those wonderful okanagan wines.

Colton has played hockey since he was a tot. He plays Rep hockey as a center on the Vancouver T-Birds Bantam team. He plays checking hockey which I really don't like but non checking hockey is "lame" according to Colton. He has also played soccer for many years. As like most 14 year olds, he is on the computer 24/7 playing World of Warcraft and all those other computer games. At least I know where he is all the time.



We went to Australia about 12 years ago to meet all Colton's cousins and grandparents and had a great trip. We haven't been back since but we are planning a trip again soon. David currently has his best friend here from Oz so he is extremely happy right now.


I hope everything is going well for everyone and I hope to see a lot of you again at a future reunion.

P.S. Lenore and I are still best buds and see each other all the time. She lives a 5 minute drive from our house. She is married to a guy from Morocco and they have 5 grown kids.

My most memorable times are all the bush parties up Carmi, Greyback Dam, Sage Mesa, Wiltse's Flat - drinking vodka laced watermelons and CC and coke. I also remember all the pre grad celebrations - riding our bikes on our progressive drunk. Man how stupid were we. Designated driver? What's that. Thank god kids today have a little more smarts.
