Rod Butler passes away -
Hi all. For those of you who attended McNicoll Park More…School, I am saddened to advise that my father -- Rod Butler -- passed away on August 11 at the age of 94 years old.
He was an art and music teacher in Penticton for 30 years, so there were many students he taught along the way. Not only did he teach painting, drawing and pottery, but he also loved to lead choirs and musicals.

Hi Brian. Its nice that you are arranging a little get together for the group. I almost could make it as I am heading up to Kamloops and Vernon that week to ski but the timing is out a day or two (darn it). Will definitely try to attend another one if arranged. I hope that plans of our upcoming 50th reunion is discussed over the bevies. Can we hold it on your lovely property again? Just kidding. Thank you and Roxanne for all your efforts.

Ye Old Welcome Inn -
We are inviting all of our fellow grads who live around More…Penticton or happen to be in town Friday, April 26 to come out to Gallagher lake to the Ye Old Welcome Inn. Try to get there for 5pm to have dinner before the live music starts, and say hi to Mike Whitaker who is now one of the owners of this unique pub.
If you can make it, let Roxanne know or reply to kerluke@hotmail.com.
